Reading in the digital ages
Books are
my happy shore. Since I began to read, it has
become my hobby.
I cherished journalism. and obtained a degree in it. After college, I specialized
in writing about culture. My chances of reading more books thus rose. and get
to know more writers whose work I respect. My problem began when I moved to a nation with few libraries. And much
fewer cultural occasions. Additionally, I eventually gave birth to a small,
stunning girl. And this put me even more away from the cultural scene.
I became
more interested in children's books after becoming a mother. So, I decided to
take advantage of the revolutionary digital era by creating a podcast to tell stories.
to provide kids with a large digital library They can easily listen to it on my
podcast no matter where they are. Or if the place, they live in does not have
access to books. That was the solution I devised to address the issue of book scarcity and diversity, and I chose to begin with children before progressing to adults. Nowadays, they can listen to thousands of books instead of
possessing actual books.
In addition, I'm focusing on telling stories not only
in our mother tongue language, but also in Egyptian colloquial dialect, because
it helps children grasp the language more easily, express themselves more
clearly, and communicate with their community more effectively.
So, when I learned about the Udacity Nanodegree in Digital Marketing, I was
intrigued. I didn't hesitate in signing up for it. to become more informed and
aware of all marketing-related developments. It's a long journey that I intend to complete
in order to effectively market my podcast. As a result, it reaches every child
on the planet.
